摘要
应用风险矩阵方法,开展进出口食品安全风险评估,为转变进出口食品检验检疫监管模式,提高进出口食品安全把关的针对性和有效性提供科学依据。
This article applied Risk Matri to assess risk of Import and Export food safety. It provided scientific basis for the transformation of Import and Export food supervision model and the improvement in the pertinence and effectiveness of Import and Export food safety control.
