Pro/E-based development of intelligent design system for injection mould base

摘要 基于Pro/E软件设计平台,对注射模模架进行了智能设计系统的开发与研究。介绍了注射模模架库的系统构成,论述了开发过程中模架质量计算、模架装配树浏览、模架参数化、模架智能装配等几个关键问题。通过检测,采用开发的注射模模架智能设计系统,设计效率大大提高。 An intelligent design system for injection mould base was developed and studied based on Pro/E design platform. The system composition of the injection mould base was presented; and some key issues about the mould base in the development process were dis cussed which include the calculation of mould base mass, the browsing of assembly tree, the parameterization and intelligent assembly, etc.
