摘要
以飞行器舵机壳体零件加工为实例,介绍一种基于UGCAM的数控编程建模方法。该方法能够在一个加工模型文件中对多个工步的刀轨进行设计,且各工步的加工内容具有继承性,便于刀轨文件后期的优化和管理,这对于提高复杂形状零件的数控编程质量和加工效率具有一定的意义。
Taking certain aerocraft servo system shell part as an example, a NC program modeling method based on UG/CAM was described. By using this method, multistage manufacturing process tool path can be designed in one UG part file, and the process contents have inheritance, making the optimization and management easily in flowing work. It is significant to improve NC programming quality and machining efficiency of complex configurations parts.
