摘要
在高校的发展性心理咨询中,部分大学生来访者有强烈的自我改变愿望,但他们表现出明显的自我改变拖延行为,这不但影响他们自身的心理健康和全面发展,而且咨询效果也不太理想。大学生自我改变拖延行为失败的主要原因是自我期望值过高、目标设定过高、自我效能低、过度追求完美和自我管理概念缺乏等。因此,对这种行为需要进行干预,干预策略包括建立自我和谐、建立良好的认知、建立合理的目标和评价体系、掌握有效管理时间的方法、掌握环境和信息管理的方法以及建立良好的社会支持系统等。
In the development of psychological consultation in college, some students have strong desire of ego change, hut they show obvious self-change procrastination, which not only affects their mental health and overall development, but the advisory effectiveness is not very ideal. The main reason for college students'self-change procrastination is as following: high self-expectation, high goal setting, low self-efficacy, excessive pursuit of perfection and self-management concept lack and etc. thus, intervention strategy of procrastina. tion behavior changeis needed, including the establishment of self harmony, good cognition, reasonable goals and evaluation system i the effective time management, environment management and information management so as to establish a good social support system.
