摘要
目的 研究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (rbFGF ,商品名 :贝复济 )对痔、瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法 对 5 1例应用rbFGF及 34例常规临床换药的痔、瘘术后创面的愈合情况进行观察 ,并用统计学方法处理数据。结果 应用rbFGF的痔、瘘术后创面的愈合时间为 (16± 1.5 4)d ,对照组为 (19± 1.16 )d。结论 外用rbFGF可加速痔、瘘术后创面的愈合过程 。
Objective To study the effects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rbFGF) on wound healing after operation of hemorrhoids and fistula. Methods Fifty one patients with incisional wounds after hemorrhoidectomy and fistula resection were treated with rbFGF while 34 patients with routine replacing dressing were observed.The healing time of wounds was analyzed statistically. Result The healing time of the wounds treated with rbFGF was (16±1.54) d while control group was (19±1.16) d ( P <0.01),and patients suffered a little pains. Conclusion rbFGF can accelerate the healing of incisional wounds of hemorrhoidectomy and fistula resection,and reduce patients' pains.
