摘要
目的 观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对肛周创面愈合的影响。方法 通过对 68例应用bFGF及 41例常规临床换药的肛周术后创面的愈合分析 ,记录创面愈合时间及伤口瘢痕情况 ,并测定肉芽组织中蛋白、DNA的含量。结果 bFGF组创面愈合时间为 ( 17.0± 1.5 )d ,3周内愈合率为 97% ;对照组为( 2 0 .0± 1.2 )d及 88% (P <0 .0 1)。肉芽组织中蛋白、DNA的含量较对照组明显增多 ,瘢痕减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Purpose: To observe the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the healing of anus wound. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with anus wound were treated with bFGF, while other forty-one patients were with routine dressing change. To be noted the healing time of wounds and building of local scar and determined the contents of local albumen and DNA. Results: The healing time of the wounds treated with bFGF was (17.0 ± 1.5) d and healing rate of which was 97%, while the healing time was (20 ± 1.2) d and healing rate was 88% in control group (P < 0.01). The contents of local albumen and DNA were much than the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusions: Local application of bFGF can accelerate the healing of the anus wounds.
