摘要
根据流行病学现场调查发现的具体问题 ,提出预防混配农药中毒的对策 :禁止无原则、无实验根据的随意混配 ;禁止或限制生产和使用高毒混配农药 ;严格规范混配农药标签的内容及形式 ;加强对农药市场的监督管理 ,严禁非法生产和经销混配农药 ;探索和推广由专业人员统一负责的集中施药模式 ;加强对施药员的技术培训 ,提高用药的科学性 ;加强对施药员的健康教育 ,提高其自我防护意识。
The article put forward the preventive measures of mixed pesticides poisoning according to the practical problems found in epidemiology field investigation as follows:(1)The random mixing without principle and experiment foundation should be prohibited;(2)The production and application of highly toxic pesticides should be prohibited or restricted;(3)The content and the form of the mixed pesticide label should be prescribed strictly.(4)The administration and supervision of pesticide market should be strengthened and the illegal production and market of mixed pesticides should be punished severely;(5)The way of collective applying pesticide should be attempted and spreaded;(6)Techniques training to operators should be strengthened and reduce the application quantity of pesticides;(7)The health education should be strengthened to improve the self protection consciousness of operators.
