摘要
目的 :探讨混配农药中毒的发病情况和危险因素 ,提出预防方案以降低混配农药中毒发病率。方法 :对 110 2名混配农药施药者 (接触组 )和 12 6 0名单一农药施药者 (对照组 )进行了流行病学调查。结果 :接触组中毒发病率显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且混配农药中毒占农药中毒发病的比例有上升的趋势。结论 :接触混配农药发生中毒的危险性比单一农药高 4.
Objective:The study explored the incidence and risk factors of poisoning of pestcide mixtrues,raised a preventive plan for reducing the morbidity of poisoning of pesticide mixtrues.Methods:1 102 pesticide mixtures sprayers(exposure group)and 1 260 single pesticide sprayers(control group) were investigated by means of epidemiologic methods.Results:The incidence of exposure group was significantly higher than that of control group( P <0.05),and the ratio of poisoning of pesticide mixtures in the pesticide poisoning showed a rising trend.Conclusion:The risks exposing to pesticide mixtures was 4.5 times higher than that to single pesticide.
