摘要
目的了解不同级别医疗机构消毒供应室建设情况,为贯彻落实行业标准提供依据。方法采用现场调查和问卷调查方式,对都江堰市各级医疗机构进行了调查与评估。结果共调查该地区23家医疗机构消毒供应中心建筑布局和基本设施配置情况,三级医院合格率为100%,二级医院合格率为25%,一级医院建筑布局全部不合格、基本设施设备配置严重缺失。三级医院专职人员配置全部合格,二级医院专职人员配置合格率为50%,二级以下医院专职人员配置不到位。结论该地区二级及其以下医疗机构消毒供应室基本建设和人员配置多数达不到行业标准要求,建议卫生行政部门应加强监督检查,落实消毒供应中心行业标准,确保诊疗器械、器具和物品的消毒灭菌质量。
Objective To understand the construction situation of sterile supply room in different levels hospital so as to provide information for construction of basic standards for sterile supply room. Methods Medical institutions at all levels in the area of certain county - level city was investigated and evaluated by investigation and questionnaire. Results 23 dif-ferent grade medical institutions were investigated. For the aspect of architectural layout, the qualified rates were 100%, 25% and 0 in Grade 3, Grade 2 and community hospital respectively. Most of the equipment implementations were shortage in the Grade 1 and community hospital; All the Grade 3 hospitals had full - time specific staff in the department of disinfec- tion with a qualified rate of 100%. But the qualified rate of full - time specific staff in Grade 2 hospital was only 50%. Further more, full - time staff configuration did not reach the designated position under the secondary hospital. Conclusion The disinfection supply room and infrastructure construction of small medical institutions in this region can not meet the profession standards. So strictly appraisal standards of sterilization region and supply center in different medical institutions should be implemented to meet quality requirements.
