摘要
在高校中,教学是科研的基础,科研是教学的有力补充和提升。教学和科研应该是相辅相成的关系,但能否实现两者之间互相促进的关系,需要教师付出大量的时间和心血。只有这样,才能同时做好教学和科研工作,才能促进高校教学与科研水平的均衡发展和提升。
Teaching is the base of scientific research, and the lat-ter is a good complement and improvement of the former in uni-versities. The relationship between teaching and scientific re-search should be complementary to each other. However, whether the synergistic relationship between them can be realized or not, it requires teachers to pay a lot of time and exert great effort. Only in this way, the jobs of teaching and scientific research can be finished at the same time, and the level of teaching and scientific research in universities can be developed with balance and well-improvement.
