摘要
良好的临床思维能力是成为一名合格医生的前提,实习生临床思维能力的培养是医学教育的核心。正如苏联著名心理学家捷普洛夫有句名言"一个空洞的头脑是不能进行思维的。"古人云"不积硅步无以致千里,不积小流,无以成江海。"现在许多进入临床的学生把前期的理论基础大部分都遗忘,不能把基础理论和临床实践相结合,或知识结构不合理。许多实习生临床思维能力不足,带教过程中应加强实习生思维能力的培养,为以后的临床工作打好基础。

Now many in clinical students spend most of the theoretical basis of early forget, can＆#39;t put the basic theory and clinical practice, or the knowledge structure is not reasonable. Many interns clinical thinking ability is insufficient, teaching interns should be strengthened in the process of the cultivation of thinking ability, provid a basis for future clinical work.
