摘要
随着近年来我国经济的高速发展、综合国力不断增强,越来越多的外国留学生来我国学习西医。留学生教育因留学生数量的增加逐渐成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。在留学生的教育体系中,临床带教工作的好坏是反映一个学校留学生教育的重要标志。本文针对临床医学留学生实习过程中常见的问题及解决方法总结了一些体会,目的在于更好的提高留学生的临床实习效果。
More and more international students have been coming to study western medicine in China in recent years with China＇ s rapid economic development and unceasingly strengthened national strength. And higher education of international students has become an increasingly important part in China＇s higher education with the increased number of the students. In the international student edu- cation system, the most important index for evaluating a university＇ teaching quality is the teaching of internship. This article summarizes some of our internship experience regarding common problems and solutions according to the teaching modes of it in order to effectively improve the outcome of in- ternational students＇ internship.
