Cathepsin D与恶性肿瘤的关系 被引量：8

摘要 侵袭、转移是恶性肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因。肿瘤侵袭、转移的一个必要条件为肿瘤细胞侵犯并穿过基底膜及细胞外基质所组成的屏障。组织蛋白酶D（CathepsinD）是一种天冬氨酸溶酶体蛋白水解酶，活化的CathepsinD催化降解基底膜和细胞外基质，以利于肿瘤细胞移动并穿过细胞外基质和血管壁进入血液循环，在肿瘤的侵袭、转移中发挥重要作用。
