摘要
目的 :探讨bcl 2、p5 3、CathepsinD(CD)和前列腺特异性抗原 (PSA)表达与乳腺癌预后的关系。 方法 :应用免疫组化LSAB方法检测 6 4例乳腺癌及 30例乳腺良性病变的表达。分析bcl 2、p5 3、CD和PSA与乳腺癌组织学分级、腋淋巴结转移、复发和预后的关系。结果 :bcl 2、p5 3表达之间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,呈负相关 ;bcl 2与CD和PSA表达之间均无关 (P >0 0 5 )。bcl 2表达随组织学分级增加阳性率降低 ,p5 3则相反 ;CD和PSA表达与组织学分级无关 (P >0 0 5 )。p5 3和CD表达均与腋淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,PSA表达则呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;bcl 2表达与腋淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 0 5 )。p5 3表达复发组明显高于无复发组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,bcl 2、CD和PSA表达与有无复发均无关 (P >0 0 5 )。p5 3和CD表达阳性率≤ 5年生存组均明显高于 >5年生存组 (P<0 0 5和 0 0 1) ,呈负相关 ;PSA表达则相反。bcl 2表达与生存期无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :bcl 2表达与预后无关 ,其阳性表达可反映肿瘤属分化较好或属早期阶段。p5 3、CD和PSA均可单独作为乳腺癌的预后指标 ;p5 3和CD表达均与预后呈负相关 ,PSA表达与预后呈正相关。
Objective:To clarify the relationship between the expression of bcl 2,p53,Cathepsin D(CD) and the prostate sepcific antigen(PSA) and prognosis of breast cancer Methods:The bcl 2,p53,CD and PSA expression in 64 cases of breast cancer and 30 cases of benign Lesion using LSAB immunohistochemical method,and the results determined by correlated histological grade,axilla lymph node metastasis,recurrent and prognosis of the patients Results:①Inverse correlation was found between the expression of bcl 2 and p53(P< 0 05) The relationship between bcl 2 expression and other protein, was not signifiant(P >0 05) ②The between expression of bcl 2 and p53 significant by correlated with histological grade(P< 0 05) Specifically bcl 2 was more frequently detected in well differentiated carcinomas while p53 was more frequently expression in poorly differentiated carcinomas The expressed of CD and PSA did not relatel to histolgical grade (P >0 05) ③The expression of p53,CD and PSA were related to axilla lymph node metastasis (P< 0 05) The p53 and CD were posifively correleted with axilla lymph node metastasis while and PSA was negative The expression of bcl 2 was no related to the metastasis (P >0 05) ④The expression of p53 was more frequently detected in recurrent than that in nonrecurrent tumors (P< 0 05) However bcl 2,CD,PSA were not related to recurrence (P >0 05) ⑤The expression of p53 and CD were more frequent in tumore with ≤5 year surival than that with > 5 year surival (P< 0 05 and 0 01)respectively and PSA was inverse (P< 0 05) The bcl 2 expression had no relat ionship with surival period (P >0 05) Conclusions:Bcl 2 do not relate to prognosis,but its expression may indicate well differentiated or early stage tumor p53,CD,and PSA may be a prognosis indicator in breast cancer
