摘要
目的分析三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法选择局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组38例予以三维适形放疗,对照组34例予以常规放疗,比较2种治疗方式的疗效。结果观察组和对照组有效率分别为86.8%和67.6%,1 a生存率分别为84.2%和70.6%,2 a生存率分别为39.5%和23.5%,中位生存期分别为19.5个月和16.0个月,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Ⅲ级放射性肺炎和放射性食管炎观察组分别为7.9%和5.3%,明显低于对照组的44.1%和20.6%(P均<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌安全有效。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of three-dimensional corrformal radiotherapy for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods Seventy-two cases of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer were ran- domly divided into the observation group and the control group, 38 cases of the observation group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, 34 cases of the control group was given conventional radiotherapy, the ef- ficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 86.8% , and was 67.6% of the control group （P 〈0.05） ; the 1-year survival rate,the 2-year survival rate and the median survival time were 84.2%, 39.5%, 19.5 months in the observation group, and were 70.6% , 23.5% , 16.0 months in the control group（P 〈0.05 ）. The incidences of grade Ⅲ radiation pneumonitis and radiation esophagitis were 7.9% and 5.3% , and were 44.1% and 20.6% in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Three-dimensional confor- mal radiotherapy is effect and safe for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer.
