摘要
本文分析了新形势下事业单位工会工作创新的重要性,阐述了现阶段事业单位工会工作中存在的问题,并在此基础上,论述了新形势下强化事业单位工会工作的若干措施。本文旨在强化事业单位工会工作的认识,并为今后相关领域的研究提供一定的参考资料,提高新形势下工会工作的有效性。
This paper analyzes the importance of labor union work innovation of public service units in the new situation, interprets the current problems in labor union work of public service units, and based on this, elaborates several measures of enhancing the labor union work of public service units in the new situation. The aim of this paper is to enhance the understanding of labor union work in public service units, and provide certain referential ma-terials for relevant researches, so as to improve the effectiveness of labor union work in the new situation.
