摘要
住院医师规范化培训考核工作是培养合格临床医师的重要环节。以安徽医科大学第二附属医院为例,介绍了医院住院医师规范化培训背景、现状及考核实践,对考核中发现的问题进行了分析并提出改进建议,为持续改进培训工作提供参考。
Standardized training and examination on resident doctors is the important link in training qualified clin- ical doctors. Taking the Second Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University as an example, the authors introduce the background and present situation of the standardized training of resident doctors and the practice of examination for the trai- nees, put forward suggestions for the improvement and solutions to problems and provide the reference for the sustainable improvement in the training..
