摘要
采用问卷形式对3省31所医院(省、市级、综合、专科医院)住院医师培训基地现状进行调查,调查内容包括医院总体情况、专业科室情况及住院医师个人意向情况等。调查结果显示,住院医师培训基地建设应有可依据的客观标准;住院医师培训基地应有科学、规范的管理办法;住院医师培训基地应建立在高等院校附属医院(含教学医院)或三甲省级医院,应具备能够满足住院医师培训的内在和外在条件。住院医师培训作为高等医学教育全过程的重要环节之一,其培训质量应具备客观、科学的评价标准。
Using questionnaires to make a survey on residency training basses in 31 teaching hospitals （provincial, municipal, comprehensive and professional hospitals） in three provinces mainly include the general situation of the hospital, section office construction, and the residencies＇ personal intentions, etc.Result shows that the construction of the training bases should follow an objective criterion; there should be scientific and standard-management for them; the bases should be built in hospitals affiliated to medical universities of colleges tertiary class A hospitals, and the hospitals should be provided with internal and external qualifications for training bases.As an important part of tertiary medical education, there should be an objective and scientific criterion for the evaluation of residency training quality.
