摘要
介绍了医院规范出科考核的主要做法,即规范出科考核标准、考核流程及内容,并积极推进考核网络管理平台建设,以此促进住院医师规范化培训成效。
The main practice of regulating department rotation examination in hospitals were introduced.It included regulating the standards,processes and contents of department rotation examination and actively promoting the construction of network management platform so as to promote the effectiveness of the resident standardized training.
