摘要
目的 :探讨黄芪对重型颅脑损伤的治疗作用。方法 :随机选取伤后 2 4小时内入院的重型颅脑损伤患者 ,设立黄芪治疗组和常规治疗对照组 ,分别在伤后第 14日采集血清及血涂片标本。采用放射免疫等方法检测白介素 2 (IL 2 )、可溶性白介素 2受体 (SIL 2 R)及 T淋巴细胞亚群。结果 :颅脑损伤患者伤后 IL 2、CD4和 CD4/ CD8减低 ,而 SIL 2 R和 CD8升高 ,与空白对照组比较 ,P均 <0 .0 1;黄芪治疗组在伤后第 14日血中IL 2、T淋巴细胞 CD4亚群、CD4/ CD8降低及 SIL 2 R、CD8升高程度均低于常规治疗组 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :重型颅脑损伤患者伤后细胞免疫功能明显抑制 ,应用中药黄芪可以提高免疫功能 ,改善预后。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Astragalus Membranaceus (AM,黄芪) in treating severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:Patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to hospital within 24 hours were randomly selected.The patients were divided into AM treatment group and conventional treatment group as control.At 14 days after trauma the blood samples were taken and the interleukin2( IL2 ),soluble interleukin2 receptor(SIL2R),and T lymphocytic subgroup were measured by means of radioimmunoassay and so on.Results:In patients with craniocerebral injury after trauma the IL2,CD 4, CD 4/CD 8 were reduced but SIL2 and CD 8 increased and in comparison with control group the differences were significant (all P <0 01).In AM treatment group at 14 days after trauma the reduced extents of IL2,CD 4,and CD 4/CD 8 and the increased extents of SIL2R and CD 8 were significantly slower than those in conventional treatment group ( P <0 05 ).Conclusions:In patients with severe craniocerebral injury after trauma the functions of cellular immunity are obviously inhibited.The AM is able to increase the immune functions so that to improve the prognosis.
