摘要
探讨了以黄芪、当归、党参、女贞子组成的中药四号方煎剂对正常小鼠、免疫功能抑制小鼠及白色念珠菌系统感染小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。结果表明：此复方煎剂可以明显提高正常小鼠血清溶血素的产生水平和增加脾脏抗体形成细胞的数量，改善环磷酰胺及系统性白色念殊菌感染引起的体液免疫抑制，提示此复方可作为治疗白色念珠感染的辅助制剂。
the regulatory effects of Chinese herb decoction,which Consisted of As-tragulus Bge,Codonopsis pitosula Nannt,Ligustrum lucidum Ait and Angeliea sinensisDiels,on humoral response in mice.The results showed that the chinese herb fourthdecoction could remarkablly increase the serolysin level and the quantity of spleenplaque forming cells in normal mice and improve the humoral immunosuppression in micewhich were inoculated with cyclophosphamide or infected with candida albicanec.Theinvestigation indicates that the Chinese herb tourth decoction can be used as a assistantagent in treatment of Candida albicance-infected diseases.
