摘要
采用投影法进行速度场和压力场的计算,根据挤压铸造的特点,考虑冲头的运动,建立基于有限差分法的流动场数值模拟程序,从而实现了对挤压铸造充型过程的数值模拟。为验证程序的正确性,对纯铝件挤压铸造充型过程进行了模拟计算,计算结果与试验结果相符合。
The velocity field and pressure field were calculated by the projection method.Modeling of the filling process was established by the finite differential method through considering plunger movement based on the feature of squeezing casting,and filling process in squeezing casting was visualized.Pure aluminum parts were produced by squeezing casting to verify the availability of the modeling.The simulated results are well agreement with the experimental ones.
