摘要
以镁合金汽车轮毂为例,建立铸件三维模型,设计铸造工艺方案,运用CAE技术预测铸造缺陷,从而改进了铸造工艺。结果表明:对于镁合金轮毂中心浇注式挤压铸造工艺,应将螺栓孔填平,并尽量采用大尺寸浇口充型,以实现平缓顺序充型和顺序凝固,保证得到高品质的镁合金轮毂。
Taking magnesium alloy automobile wheels as an example,its 3D-model was established and its casting process was designed;using CAE technology to predict casting defects,the casting process was optimized.The results indicate that,for the center pouring squeeze casting process of magnesium alloy wheels,in order to achieve the smooth sequence mold-filling and sequence solidification,then guarantee high-quality magnesium alloy wheels,the bolt hole should be filled and the large gate mold-filling should be used as far as possible.
