摘要
本文通过双极坐标模型的建立和计算机数值计算,找到了一个解析非对称轧制问题的较为合适的模型和方法,该模型可以进行对非对称轧制的变形及速度场、变形区形状、变形后材料的弯曲,以及一些非对称因子的影响的模拟计算。
With an asymmetric model established in bipolar coordinates and numericalcomputation by computer, a method is found available to get an analyticalsolution to the problems in asymmetic rolling. Simulative calculation can there-fore be carried out by this model to analyze the deformation, velocity field, theshape of deformation zone and the bending after deformation in asymmetricrolling, as well as the influence of other asymmetric factors.
