摘要
总分馆体系是提高公共图书馆服务效率、突破公共图书馆现有管理体制、实现图书馆服务全面均等的重要举措。我国图书馆事业已经进入基层图书馆的建设发展阶段,北京地区公共图书馆服务现状表明,基层图书馆的服务急需提升和优化,总分馆体系有待建设、实施。自上而下和自下而上的总分馆体系建设方案将有助于加快北京地区公共图书馆总分馆体系建设的步伐。
The centeral-branch library system is the important measure in improving the service efficiency of the public library, breaking the existing management system of the public library and realizing overall equality of the library service. The development of the librarianship in China has come into the stage of the construction of the primary level library. The current situation of the public library service in Beijing indicates that the service of primary level libraries urgently needs the promotion and the optimization, and the centeral-branch library system remains to be constructed and implemented. Construction schemes of the centeral-branch library system, which are from main to branch and from branch to main, would be helpful to speed up the construction pace of the centeral-branch library system of the public library in Beijing.
