摘要
目的：探讨维持性血液透析（血透）患者细胞免疫功能状况和淫羊藿对其调理作用。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测６２例血透患者应用中药淫羊藿前和３个月后血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ、ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦ－α水平。结果：与对照组相比，６２例患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ、ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦ－α水平显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），淫羊霍治疗后血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ、ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦ－α水平均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：淫羊藿具有调节血透患者细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To investigative the effect of Epimedium Sagittatum on cellular immunological function of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: ELISA was used to detect serum SIL - 2R, IL - 6 and TNF -α level in 62 HD patients Epimedium Sagittatum treatment and after 3 months. Results: When compatible the control group, serum SIL - 2R, IL - 6 the TNF -α level were significantly higher in HD group (P < 0.01); after 3 months treated with Epimedium Sagittatum, serum SIL - 2R, IL - 6 and TNF - Q level were significantly lower(P < 0. 01 ) in HD group. Conclusion:The results showed that Epimedium Sagittatum was able to regulate beneficially the imbalanced cellular immunological functions of patients with maintenance HD.
