摘要
采用ConA活化小鼠脾母细胞法测定了12例终末期肾病(ESRD)患者外周血淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素2(IL-2)的能力,并利用流式细胞仪测定了外周血淋巴细胞亚群及白细胞介素2受体(IL-2R)。结果发现:ESRD患者外周血淋巴细胞产生IL-2的能力降低,且外周血淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2R均有不同程度降低,说明ESRD患者细胞免疫功能低下。
Con A activated mouse spleen lymphocytes were used to investigate the activity of IL-2 of peripheral lymphocytes in 12 patients of end-stage renal disease (ESRD),and lymphocytes of phenotype CD3 (Pan T cell),CD4 (helper/inducer),CD3 (suppressor/cytotoxic) and CD26 (IL-2 receptor) were enumerated with the use of FITC labelled monoclonal antibodies and laser flow cytometry (FACS440).The results showed a marked decrease of IL-2 productivity,CD3 CD3 and IL-2 receptor in ESRD.CD4 showed a tendency of decrement but not statistically significant.
