摘要
目的:观察金水宝治疗慢性肾功能不全(CRF)的疗效。方法:将30例患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和金水宝治疗组(治疗组),两组疗程均为8周,观察治疗后患者尿蛋白、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素(BUN)氮浓度及检查心电图、血常规、肝功能、电解质。结果:治疗组患者尿蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮治疗8周后明显下降(P<0.05),有统计学意义,心电图、血常规、肝功能、电解质治疗后无明显异常。结论:金水宝治疗慢性肾功能不全有较好的疗效,且安全性良好。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of Jinshuibao Capsules for chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods： 30 cases of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups：control group and treatment group （treatment with Jinshuibao Capsule）.Three biochemical indexes （24-hour urine protein, Scr and BUN） were compared before and after 8 weeks.Results：After treatment, the 24-hour urine protein and the plasma levels of Ser and BUN were lower than before in treatment group. There was significant difference before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment in treatment groups （P〈0.05）. Condusion：Jinshuibao Capsules has a good curative effect on CRF.
