摘要
军队继续医学教育学分制对促进卫生技术干部知识更新有重要的现实意义。全军各医院开展这项工作的时间短 ,在实际做法尚少有成功的模式可借鉴。学分制工作的进一步完善 ,不仅需要医院内部的探索 ,而且需要国内医学继续教育大环境的改善。学分制真正与专业技术干部的优胜劣汰紧密结合 ,才能激起学习热情 。
For the knowledge renew of the military medical personnel, medical continue education is very significant. It is difficult for all military hospitals that successful experiences be obtained in the short period. For perfect the credit system, it need not only positive explore in hospitals but also improve general surroundings of all the country. Only combine the credit system with promote closely, can the credit system receive powerful vitality.
