摘要
本文通过总结解放军总医院 2 0年来培养研究生产生的成效 ,阐述了发展研究生教育对提高医院的学术水平、科研水平、学术队伍建设的重要作用 。
This article summarizes the achievements of postgraduate education in PLA General Hospital for the past 20 years; and set forth the importance of the postgraduate education for rising the academic level , research level , the development of academic staff of the hospital. It's obvious that postgraduate education may conduce to a full development of the hospital.
