摘要
:本文介绍了军队中小医院在新形势下科研工作的现状 ,并分析了科研工作中存在的问题 ,阐述了中小医院的科研工作应该做到 :领导高度重视 ,加大科研管理力度 ;积极改善条件 ,营造好的科研环境 ;重视人才培养 ,提高科技队伍素质 ;加强横向联系 。
This article introduces the present status of researches under new situation and analyze the existing problems in the middle and minor hospitals. There are some rules for the hospitals to abide : the leading group should focus more attention on researching works; improve the conditions by any possible means ; construct a better researching setting; stress the training of medical talent and enhance the quality of researching staff; strengthen coordinating nework.
