摘要
本文从管理能力、竞争能力、领导能力三方面思考,分析国家医改政策对军队医院建设发展所带来的问题,提出要积极更新观念、加强军地融合、提高科技创新能力、提升综合管理水平、强化人才培养等,军队医院持续发展的对策。
From the three aspects of administrant ability, competitive power and leadership capacity, the author analyzed the problems that national medical system reform has brought on the construction and development for military hospitals. And then the solutions were proposed for the sustainable development of military hospitals, which included changing the sense positively, enhancing grafting military and civilian resources, improving technology innovative ability and management level, strengthening cultivation of hospital staff.
