摘要
目的 :用 X- XOD体系在体外诱发培养乳鼠心肌细胞自由基损伤 ,观察加入枸杞多糖 (1 2 .5μg/ml)后心肌细胞超微结构的改变。方法结果 :X- XOD体系作用的心肌细胞超微结构明显破坏 ,加枸杞多糖后则接近正常。结论 :枸杞多糖对培养心肌细胞自由基的损伤有保护作用。
Free radicals injury in cultured cardiac cells from neonatal rats was induced by X XOD system.The experiment were carried out to observe ultrastructure changes of cardiac cells by adding to LBPS (12 5μg/ml) under electron microscope.The results showed that ultrastructure of the cardiac cells in X XOD system damaged significantly.But,while those of cardiac cells added with LBPS remained with no obvious changes as compared with the normal shapes.This indicated that LBPS has a protective effect on free radicals injury of cardiac cells.
