摘要
本实验在配合大鼠主动脉免疫损伤的前提下,喂饲大鼠高脂饲料10W,造成大鼠实验性高脂血症及早期动脉粥样硬化模型。然后分别用具有活血化瘀,利湿行气消浊补益作用的中药复方、安妥明及蒸馏水灌胃4W。生化测定结果表明,益心汤及安妥明均有明显降血脂(血清总胆固醇,甘油三酯),提高高密度脂蛋白——胆固醇的作用,与模型组比P<0.05,而益心汤与安妥明比无显著性差异P>0.05。电镜观察其超微结构变化表明,益心汤及安妥明均可使损伤的血管内皮细胞修复,此外,益心汤尚有抗纤维组织增生,抗平滑肌细胞增殖及增加其线粒体数,减少溶酶体数的作用。此为中药复方益心汤从根本上(抗血管内皮损伤、抗平滑肌细胞增殖)防治AS提供了实验依据。
The article reported the experimental observation on the effects of yixin decoction on rat's ultratructure of atherosclerosis. The results of serum biochemical assay showed yixin decoction and calibrates had the action of decreasing blood lipids (serum chlosterol and glycerol) and increasing high density lipoprotein. The resultes of ultrastructure from the electron microscope demonserated that in yixin decoction and clofibrate group, they could make injunied arterial en-dothelial cells repair. But yixin decoction also had the action against fibrosis and proliferation of smooth muscle cells, increasing the amounts of mitochondria and decreasing the amounts of lyso-somes.
