Coordination of a Two-level Supply Chain with Retailers' Group Buying

摘要 考虑包含1个制造商和2个零售商的二级供应链系统,分别在有无需求突变两种情形下,研究零售商团购的供应链协调契约问题。通过建立数学模型给出了协调契约参数的解析形式,利用算例分析了需求突变对于供应链的影响,比较了单独购买与团购策略时供应链成员的最优利润,反映出团购策略对于制造商和零售商利润的影响。研究表明:无论是否存在需求突变,数量折扣契约能够协调具有团购的供应链系统;与单独购买策略相比,应用团购策略将会提高制造商的利润,降低零售商的利润。 We consider a one-manufacturer-two-retailers supply chain system, and study its coordination contract with and without demand disruption when retailers do group buying. Based on some mathematical models, we obtain analytical form of the coordination contract's parameters. We employ two numerical examples to analyze the impact of demand disruption on the whole supply chain. Moreover, we compare the profits of supply chain parties between group buying and individual buying, so as to reflect the effect of group buying on supply chain. We find that the quantity discount contract can coordinate the supply chain system whenever the demand is disrupted or not. Compared with individual buying, group buying can make manufacturer's profits increase while decrease retailers' profits.
