摘要
[目的]优化玫瑰花苞中总黄酮成分的提取工艺。[方法]以玫瑰花苞为原料,通过正交试验探讨了溶剂浓度、料液比、超声提取时间以及提取温度等对玫瑰花苞提取物总黄酮含量的影响。[结果]试验表明,玫瑰花苞中总黄酮成分的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶100g/ml、提取时间30 min、乙醇浓度20%、提取温度40℃。[结论]研究可为玫瑰花苞的综合利用提供参考。
[Objective] To optimize the extraction technique of total flavonoids from rosebud.[Method] With rosebud as raw material,through orthogonal test,the effects of solvement concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction time and temperature on total flavonoid content in rosebud were discussed.[Result] The result showed that the optimum conditions are:solid-liquid ratio 1∶100 g/ml,extraction time 30 min,ethanol 20%,temperature 40 ℃.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for comprehensive utilization of rosebud.
