摘要
为了解决泰州石化酮苯脱蜡装置溶剂回收系统腐蚀严重的问题,对该装置腐蚀的原因进行了分析,认为腐蚀是由两方面原因造成的:一是原料油所含环烷酸的化学结构特殊,腐蚀性强;另一个是溶剂含水量高。同时发现,该装置原料中某些特殊的环烷酸在100℃左右、有水存在的条件下对碳钢有明显腐蚀。通过一系列优化操作措施,降低了循环溶剂的含水量,减轻了溶剂回收系统的腐蚀,取得了良好的效果。
In order to solve the problem of severe corrosion existing in the solvent drying department in the solvent de-waxing unit of Taizhou Petrochemical Corporation, the corrosion reasons were analyzed. It is considered that the corrosion was caused by two problems: one was the special chemical structure and strong corrosiveness of naphtbenic acid in the feedstock; another was the high water content in solvent. It was also found that certain special naphthenic acids in the feedstock caused significant corrosion for carbon steel in the presence of water at around 100℃. Recycled solvent water content was reduced by a series of optimization operations, and thus alleviating the corrosion of solvent recovery system and good results had been achieved.
