摘要
酮苯脱蜡装置的腐蚀主要发生在水溶液系统,是困扰装置长周期平稳运行的关键环节之一。以腐蚀原因为突破口,采取工艺优化防腐与注入缓蚀剂KQ-1相结合,有效地抑制了装置腐蚀发生,并改善了脱油蜡产品质量。
The serious corrosion occurred in aqueous solution section of MEK dewaxing unit usually. It was one of great bottleneck of steady operation in the unit. The KQ-1 corrosion inhibitor can effectively prevent MEK dewaxing unit from corrosion and improve the quality of wax because of the corrosive reason verified clearly, meanwhile process of preservation optimized combining with KQ-1 injected.
