摘要
在四方重型螺母成型的生产中,采用冷却水对凸模进行冷却,会产生气孔的现象。分析了产生气孔现象的成因,提出了消除产生气孔的方案措施,最终确定采用凸模上增加排气孔的方案。通过该措施的运用,解决了螺母在成型中产生气孔的问题。实践证明,采用此方案是可行和合理的,并提高了产品质量。
Air hole will appear if cool the terrace die in the process of nut forming. This arti- cle analyzed the cause of air hole formation and proposed ways to eliminate air hole appear- ance. Adding vents in the terrace die was finally determined, which turned out to be able to solve the problem. It proves to be workable and reasonable and improves the quality of products.
