摘要
职业教育发展的基石是职教师资队伍。当前广西中职教师队伍存在教师总量不足、教师队伍结构不够合理、教师教学和专业技能水平不适应职业教育教学改革的需要等问题。因此,要加强中职教师队伍建设的顶层设计,建立中职教师的准入制度,健全中职教师编制动态管理机制,创新中职教师队伍的培养、培训机制,建立增强中职教师吸引力的激励机制。
Faculty is the base of vocational education development. At present, there exist several problems in the faculty of secondary vocational education in Guangxi： insufficiency in total amount, inappropriate structure, teachers＇ teaching and professional skills not matching the needs of vocational education reform. etc. Thus, the top-level design for the faculty cultivation in secondary vocational education should be enhanced; a qualification system for secondary vocational teachers should be set up; the dynamic management system for the organization of secondary vocational teacher should be improved; the faculty training and cultivation system for secondary vocational education should be renovated; and an encouraging system enhancing secondary vocational teachers＇ appeal should be established.
