摘要
职业教育发展的基石是职教师资队伍。当前广西中职教师队伍存在教师总量不足、教师队伍结构不够合理、教师教学和专业技能水平不适应职业教育教学改革的需要等问题。因此,要加强中职教师队伍建设的顶层设计,建立中职教师的准入制度,健全中职教师编制动态管理机制,创新中职教师队伍的培养、培训机制,建立增强中职教师吸引力的激励机制。
Faculty is the base of vocational education development. At present, there exist several problems in the faculty of secondary vocational education in Guangxi: insufficiency in total amount, inappropriate structure, teachers' teaching and professional skills not matching the needs of vocational education reform. etc. Thus, the top-level design for the faculty cultivation in secondary vocational education should be enhanced; a qualification system for secondary vocational teachers should be set up; the dynamic management system for the organization of secondary vocational teacher should be improved; the faculty training and cultivation system for secondary vocational education should be renovated; and an encouraging system enhancing secondary vocational teachers' appeal should be established.
