扁平苔藓皮损中IL-17、FoxP3和Caspase-3的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究扁平苔藓皮损中白介素-17(IL-17)、叉头转录因子3(FoxP3)和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法和原位末端标记技术检测30例扁平苔藓患者皮损和30例健康人皮肤组织中IL-17、FoxP3、Caspase-3的表达和细胞凋亡情况。结果扁平苔藓组IL-17、FoxP3和Caspase-3的积分光密度值分别为(14.67±1.79)×103、(14.52±2.56)×103和(11.82±2.09)×103,明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.88、14.69、12.43,P<0.01)。扁平苔藓组的凋亡指数为(70.55±5.78),明显高于健康对照组的(30.01±3.97),差异有统计学意义(t=31.67,P<0.01)。扁平苔藓组IL-17与FoxP3呈正相关,FoxP3与Caspase-3呈正相关,FoxP3和Caspase-3与角质形成细胞凋亡程度呈正相关。结论 IL-17、FoxP3在扁平苔藓皮损中表达上调,可能导致T细胞免疫功能紊乱,且FoxP3、Caspase-3可能参与了角质形成细胞的凋亡。 Objective To study the expression and significance of IL-17,FoxP3 and Caspase-3 in lichen planus lesion. Methods Expression and apopotosis condition of IL-17,FoxP3 and Caspase-3 in lesion of 30 patients with lichen planus and skin tissue of 30 healthy people was detected respectively by immunohistochemistry method and TUNEL technology.Results IOD value of IL-17,FoxP3 and Caspase-3 in lichen planus group was(14.67±1.79)×103,(14.52±2.56)×103 and (11.82±2.09)×103 respectively,obviously higher than that in healthy control group,with statistical difference (t= 18.88,14.69,12.43,P〈0.01).AI of lichen planus group was (70.55±5.78),obviously higher than that of healthy control group (30.01±3.97),with statistical difference (t=31.67,P〈0.01).IL-17 was positively correlated with FoxP3,FoxP3 was positively correlated with Caspase-3,FoxP3 and Caspase-3 was positively correlated with apoptosis of keratinoeytes degree respectively in lichen planus group.Conclusion Expressions of IL-17 and FoxP3 in lesion of lichen planus are up-regulated,may cause immune dysfunctions of T cells,and FoxP3 and Caspase-3 may participate in the apoptosis of keratinocytes.
