摘要
目的 通过对银屑病与扁平苔藓中细胞凋亡的检测 ,探讨细胞凋亡与银屑病和扁平苔藓的关系。方法 采用原位末端标记法。结果 银屑病与扁平苔藓中细胞凋亡较正常人增多。结论 银屑病与扁平苔藓中细胞凋亡的异常增多可能在其发病机理中有着十分重要的意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between cell apoptosis and psoriasis as well as lichen planus,the cell apoptosis was detected in psoriasis and lichen planus.Methods TUNEL method.Results The cell apoptosis was increased in psoriasis and lichen planus than that in normal persons.Conclusion The abnormal increased cell apoptosis may be very important in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and lichan planns.
