摘要
目的:观察氦氖激光辅助治疗胫骨骨折术后切口愈合的效果。方法:将60例在胫骨骨折患者随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30例,对照组术后常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加氦氖激光照射。比较两组患者术后切口按时愈合率和甲级愈合率。结果:试验组术后切口按时愈合率和甲级愈合率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规胫骨骨折术后治疗方法相比,术后采用氦氖激光辅助治疗可促进胫骨骨折患者术后切口按时愈合,提高甲级愈合率,早期下地功能锻炼,改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of He Ne laser as accessory treatment of tibial fracture postoperative wound healing effect.Methods 60 cases of the tibial fractures were randomly divided into control group and test group,30 cases in each group,the control group after conventional therapy, the test group and He Ne laser irradiation on the basis of conventional therapy.Compared two groups of patients with postoperative wound healing rate and Class-A healing rate on time.Results In the experimental group,the incision on the healing rate and Class-A healing rate was significantly higher than that of normal group,there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion With the conventional tibial fracture postoperative treatment method, can promote the patient of fracture of tibia after wound healing time of He Ne laser therapy after surgery, improve the Class-A healing rate,early functional exercises,improve the prognosis of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
