摘要
目的:观察六合丹外敷治疗对皮肤软组织感染患者疼痛程度及疗效。方法:选取2018年12月~2019年6月我院收治的44例皮肤软组织感染患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=22)和观察组(n=22),对照组给予常规抗菌药物治疗,观察组给予六合丹外敷治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、VAS评分、治愈时间、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为90.91%,显著高于对照组的63.64%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症候积分、VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-1β水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:六合丹外敷治疗皮肤软组织感染患者的疗效显著,能够缓解疼痛程度,降低炎性因子水平,促进患者预后。
Objective:To observe the effect of Liuhedan external application on pain degree for patients with skin soft-tissue infection and the curative effect.Methods:Forty-four patients with skin soft-tissue infection who were admitted to the hospital from December 2018to June 2019were selected as the subjects.They were divided into controlled group(n=22)and observation group(n=22)by the random number table method.The controlled group was given conventional antibacterial therapy,and the observation group was given external application of Liuhedan.The clinical curative effect,TCM symptom score,VAS score,healing time,levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10),inter-leukin-1beta(IL-1beta)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total response rate of the obser-vation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(90.91%vs 63.64%)(P<0.05).The TCM symptom and VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).The healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10and IL-1beta in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:External application of Liuhedan is effective in the treatment of patients with skin soft-tissue infection.It can relieve pain,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and promote the prognosis.
