摘要
目的探讨胫骨开放性骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法对23例胫骨开放性骨折进行外固定架和轴型皮瓣修复治疗。结果 23例胫骨骨折术后胫骨开放性骨折均能很好的愈合。结论外固定架和轴型皮瓣修复治疗胫骨开放性骨折能明显提高胫骨骨折愈合率。
Objective To explore the methods and curative effect of treating open tibial fracture. Methods Twenty-three patients with open tibial fracture were treated by external fixator and axial pattern skin flap. Results All patients obtained good fracture healing after the operation. Conclusion Fracture healing rate can be strikingly improved by use of external fixator and axial pattern skin tlap in the treatment of open tibial fracture.
