摘要
为科学评价区域资源环境承载力状况,提高区域社会经济发展和资源环境的管理水平,建立涵盖经济、人口、资源、环境等因素的区域资源环境承载力评价指标体系,以熵值法确定指标权重,结合2010年安徽省统计数据,对区域资源环境承载力进行评价,并用spearman等级相关系数、雷达图进行相关分析与趋势分析.结果表明:安徽省地级市资源环境承载力存在显著差异,经济因素、资源因素与承载能力相关性高,经济发达程度和资源环境保护较好的地区承载力高,资源型城市承载力较低.这为区域可持续发展的决策支持系统提供了支撑.
A measurement indicator system for the regional carrying capacity of resources and environments, which included eco- nomic factors, population factors, resources and environments, was designed for the sake of evaluating situation of regional carry- ing capacity of resources and environments, and improving the management level of regional social economic development and re- source environment. An evaluation by the statistical data of Anhui province in 2010 on the basis of entropy weight, and the analy- sis of the spearman correlation and radar chart was also made. The results show that the carrying capacity of resources and environ- ments has large different among various regional cities in Anhui province, and has positive correlation with economic factor or re- source factor. It can be used in decision snpport system of regional sustainable development.
