摘要
基于供需比较的视角对资源环境承载力的评价方法进行了改进,使其更具可操作性。在此基础上,对西部12省的资源环境承载力进行了评价,并结合各省省情对评价结果进行了分析。最后,针对存在的问题,提出了加快推进生态保护和建设、加大污染减排力度、有效配置自然资源和创新体制机制的对策建议。
This paper improved the methods more operable that are used for the appraisal of the resource and environmental carrying capacity under the angle of view of supply - demand comparison. Based on this, this paper used the method for the appraisal of the resource and environmental carrying of the west, and analyzed the appraisal result under the actual situation. At last, in view of the problems, it suggested that the west must accelerate＇the speed of ecological protection and construction, enhance the ability for reducing pollution, make good use of natural resources and innovate the institutional mechanisms.
