摘要
中文菜名的英文翻译在传播中华饮食文化上起着非常关键的作用。针对在上海的外籍人士,对当下中文菜名的英文翻译从顾客体验的情感、翻译方法和文化三个方面进行问卷调查,为今后中文菜名的翻译和研究提出一些建议。
The translation of the Chinese dishes plays a key role in the promotion of Chinese Food Culture. The paper conducts a questionnaire survey based on customer experience on the translation of Chinese dishes among the foreigners in Shanghai from three aspects, feeling, translation methods and culture, and then presents some suggestions.
