摘要
通过对溶胶-凝胶法体系共沸蒸馏可制备纳米SnO2,经X射线衍射、电子显微镜 观测 以及BET表面吸附实验均表明该SnO2材料具有颗粒细小、均匀、分散性好的特点,将该SnO 2基料掺杂制成的气敏元件对可燃性气体具有较高的灵敏度.
Nanometer SnO2 powder could be fabricated by azeotropic distillation sol-ge l process. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission el ectron microscope and BET. The results showed that the SnO2 grain is small, we ll-proportioned, dispersive. The samples gas-sensing properties have also be en studied. The results indicate that the elements made of this material exhibit good sensitivity to flammable gas.
