摘要
以玉米、小麦、大豆、三叶草四种作物为试材 ,在低和高两个施磷水平下接种或不接种泡囊 -丛枝菌根真菌 ( VAMF) ,研究不同作物的菌根依赖性及其影响因子。结果表明 ,接种菌根真菌显著地促进了玉米、大豆、三叶草的生长 ,但小麦无此效果 ,菌根依赖性的大小顺序为玉米 >大豆 >三叶草>小麦。菌根真菌提高作物的叶绿素含量 ,进而增加叶片光合速率。菌根真菌不同程度地促进作物根系对磷的吸收效率 ,导致含磷量和吸磷量显著地高于不接种对照。菌根真菌对作物吸磷量的贡献在作物间存在差异 ,贡献率的大小顺序为玉米 >大豆 >三叶草 >小麦 。
Maize, wheat, soybean and clover were used as plant materials to invest igate their mycorrhizal dependency(MD) and factors involved. Results showed that maize, soybean and clover inoculated with vesicular arbuscular(VA) mycorrhizal f ungi, including Glomus mosseae and Glomus versiform, could significantl y increase their biomass, but wheat could do that not with the order of maize,soybean,clove r and wheat, through inoculation using VA mycorrhizal fungi. The leaf chloroghyll content and the photosynthesis rate of different crops could elevated,through i noculation with VA mycorrhizal fungi,the P uptake of crops could also enhanced. The contribution of VA mycorrhizal fungi to P uptake were different with differ ent crops,with maize ranking the first,followed by soybean, clover and wheat. T his was in good agreement with the order of their MD.
